Outside of graphic and product design, I build personal projects that let me explore new mediums and ideas. From illustration and handcrafted clay goods to merchandise design, consignment selling, and workshop facilitation—these ventures reflect my passion for joyful, meaningful, and hands-on creativity.

For the past few years, I’ve taken my passion a step further by designing and selling merchandise, including limited-edition prints, clothing, and accessories under a brand call Illustation which I started with two other friends. We started in 2023 and have been to almost 8 events now.
I’m proud to have a consignment booth at Journal Georgetown, Penang since Febuary 2025, where I showcase my work and connect with a wonderful community of creatives and art lovers. My illustration work isn’t just about creating products—it’s about sharing stories and offering something that people can connect with and enjoy.
Drawing digitally and traditionally
My illustration journey began around 2019–2020, when I started drawing fan-art for the creators, characters, and stories I loved. It was a way for me to connect with communities and grow my skills. Over time, that passion evolved—I started developing my own original characters and storytelling visuals that reflect my voice and imagination.
Beyond digital art, I’ve been practicing traditional drawing and painting since I was a teen. Sketchbooks, watercolor sets, and acrylic paints have always been part of my creative routine. This blend of digital and traditional mediums gives my work a handmade, personal feel—even in printed products.
Today, I turn my illustrations into merchandise like stickers, prints, apparel, and small collectibles, all designed to spark joy and expression. Each item is an extension of the worlds and characters I create.
Handcraft and workshops
There’s something special about creating with your hands—whether it’s sculpting with clay, painting, or assembling one-of-a-kind pieces. I love exploring different materials and turning simple ideas into tactile, functional, or decorative objects. My handmade crafts range from clay miniatures and trinkets to hand-painted items that carry a personal, whimsical touch.
In addition to crafting, I also enjoy sharing this joy with others through workshops. Last year, I conducted a painting workshop in Penang, where I guided participants in expressing themselves through color, brushwork, and playful techniques. Teaching was incredibly rewarding—it gave me the chance to connect with people who were curious, creative, and eager to learn something new.
I look forward to doing more workshops in the future, whether it’s hands-on crafting or creative illustration sessions—anything that encourages others to create with confidence.
Events, Pop-Ups & Organizing
Being involved in creative events has been a huge part of my journey—not just as a vendor, but also as a committee member and organizer. I’ve participated in numerous markets and pop-ups to showcase and sell my handmade goods and illustrations, where I get to connect directly with supporters and other creatives.
Beyond boothing, I’ve also worked behind the scenes to help bring larger events to life. Some of the events I've been apart of is Progress Day 2025 APU, ACE awards 2023, Open mic 2022. Besides that I was also President of Art society of APU and committee in Music club.
These experiences have taught me how to merge creative vision with practical coordination, allowing me to contribute to events that celebrate design, culture, and innovation. Whether I’m curating a booth setup or helping organize a full event experience, I love being part of spaces that bring people together through creativity.
