I design with curiosity, create with care, and believe that even the heaviest ideas can float- just like a hippo.
I’m an Industrial Design graduate with a passion for creative leadership and sustainable design solutions. Through leading art communities and developing personal ventures, I’ve cultivated strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills. I aim to contribute to dynamic design teams focused on impactful, human-centered projects.
So, why a hippo?
To me, hippos have always felt misunderstood. Often overlooked for being big and chunky, people forget they’re actually one of the strongest mammals—and surprisingly graceful, too. Beyond their physical presence, hippos symbolize inner strength, quiet confidence, and powerful self-reliance. That’s the kind of energy I try to bring into my creative work.
What I stand for
I’m motivated by joy and functionality. I love creating things that are cute, spark a laugh, or brighten someone’s day—while still being practical and purposeful.
Sustainability is something I deeply care about, and I’m constantly learning how to design with the future in mind. I don’t have all the answers, but I’m always willing to grow, explore, and try new things.
My creative journey
I’ve been drawing since I was a kid—it’s always been how I express emotions and tell stories. Even after stepping away at times, I always return to it because it brings me joy.
During my product design degree, I realized design goes beyond looks—it shapes how people experience the world. That insight led me to explore different creative fields, each offering new ways to communicate and connect.
That’s what drives me: using design to tell meaningful stories, no matter the medium.
